Biography
Clyde L. Hibbler, Jr. of Dover died Monday January 25, 2010. He was 46.
Mr. Hibbler was born August 17, 1963 in Perrine, Florida to Verna Hodge Hibbler and the late Clyde L. Hibbler, Sr.
He owned and operated his own trucking company, AA Towing and DC Transportation. Mr. Hibbler enjoyed fishing, hunting, shooting pool and being a business man. He will be remembered for his pleasant personality and being a jokester. Mr. Hibbler loved being with his children, and was always looking out for their welfare. He loved to BBQ but his specialty was his ribs.
Besides his father he was preceded in death by his son, Clyde L. Hibbler, III.
He is survived by his companion Debra Hess of Dover; his son, Benjamin Hibbler and his companion Kasey Ricketts, of Dover; step daughter, Jackie Slaughter of Dover; sisters, Marie Gillis of Crumpton, MD, Ella Culver and her husband Roger of Hartly; granddaughter, Shelby Boyd of Berry, KY; two step grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2pm Saturday January 30, 2010 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Interment will be at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Camden.
